We provide to our customers service warranty for all the machines supplied by us. All machines supplied by us are having a warranty of one year in case of new machines and six months for the re-conditioned machines against manufacturing and mechanical faults. This warranty will not cover electrical faults and broken parts due to accidents or mis-use by the operator. During warranty period any manufacturing fault or mechanical / hydraulic problems reported will be attended by our service technicians and will rectified as soon as possible. Our service team is alert round the clock and they are at your service just a fax or e-mail message away from you.

We provide a friendship warranty to our valued customers for ten years on all our machines. In this case we will try to rectify the problems of our customer without any charges if possible. However, in this case, the customer have to pay any possible expenses incurred due to the replacement or repairing of the spare parts. However we have to always give preference to the machines under warranty. So in case our technicians are not able to attend such cases within the time frame, we will out source technicians for our customers to resolve their problems.
